Randy Lennox
During his tenure at Bell, Lennox created strategic partnerships with iHeart Media, HBO, Starz and BNN Bloomberg. He also built Crave into Canada’s premiere subscriber streaming service. Lennox also led key acquisitions with Pinewood Studios and Just For Laughs. As a producer Lennox has won 8 Canadian Screen Awards, 2 Juno Awards and an Emmy Award.
As the CEO of Universal Music Canada from 1998 to 2015, Lennox played a pivotal role in launching the careers of The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Drake, Justin Bieber, Shania Twain and Alessia Cara.
Lennox then served as the President and CEO of Bell Media from 2015 to 2021, overseeing a $3.7 billion revenue business and leading a team of 7800.
In founding Loft, Lennox continues to lead in Music helping to build international Artist management and production businesses.
Jeffrey Latimer
Jeffrey Latimer is a veteran entertainment executive, producer, and talent manager with more than 35 years of experience creating and leading world-class entertainment, media, and live event properties across North America. Formerly CEO of Canada's Walk of Fame for nearly a decade, he helped elevate one of Canada's most recognized cultural brands and continues to guide the vision for its future home in Toronto. For almost 20 years, he has managed the international award winning super group The Tenors who have performed thousands of concerts and TV appearances worldwide, including performances for six U.S. Presidents, over 40 other world leaders, Queen Elizabeth II, and the Royal Family.
As a co-founder of Loft Entertainment, Jeffrey develops and produces major entertainment experiences, including programming for this summer's Toronto World Cup Fan Festival and the Vancouver Invictus Games and entertainment for events like the G7 and G20 world leaders conferences. His credits include more than 40 theatrical productions, including Michael Buble’s first show, immersive exhibitions, and producing and executive producing international film and television projects. Leveraging a vast network across entertainment, media, sports, philanthropy, and corporate sectors, Jeffrey is known for connecting talent, brands, and audiences to create impactful partnerships, drive growth, and bring ambitious ideas to life.
Jackie Dean
Jackie Dean is a highly respected executive, CPA, and strategic leader with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of music, finance, governance, and organizational development. As Partner/Shareholder, COO, and CFO at Loft Entertainment Inc., Jackie plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational direction, financial infrastructure, and long-term global strategy. She brings an artist-first philosophy to entertainment management—ensuring sustainable, scalable, and equitable growth for Loft’s diverse roster while strengthening systems that support international touring, rights revenue, and creative development. Her leadership is defined by collaboration, transparency, and a deep commitment to the long-term success of artists and the teams that support them.
Prior to joining Loft, Jackie held senior executive positions within some of Canada’s most influential music organizations, including President of Connect Music Licensing, Chief Operating Officer of Music Canada, and COO of CARAS/The JUNO Awards & MusiCounts. Across these roles, she led major national initiatives in licensing reform, copyright advocacy, industry modernization, and artist development. Jackie has overseen complex financial operations, governance frameworks, HR systems, and organizational transformation projects that strengthened the Canadian music landscape at both structural and policy levels. Her leadership has contributed to landmark legislative advancements, the modernization of rights administration, and national programs that broadened access to music education and career development opportunities.
Widely regarded as a pillar of the Canadian music industry, Jackie is known for her integrity, strategic vision, and ability to build resilient, future-focused organizations that drive meaningful impact for artists, rights holders, and the broader cultural community.
Kevin Barton
Kevin "Jedi" Barton has been a transformative force in the creative industry, starting his career at Universal Music Group Canada, where he built the country's largest Urban Music department and pioneered experiential marketing. Later, as Head of Mobile Marketing for Cable & Wireless in the Caribbean, he redefined marketing with innovative content strategies, notably leading the company’s title sponsorship of the World Cup Cricket tournament. His passion for storytelling led him to formal training in film, earning him an Emmy nomination and a Peabody Award. Kevin has become known for compelling visual storytelling and as an early adopter of short-form content. Partnering with Bell Media, he helped create mobile-friendly, engaging content. Now, as a partner at Loft Entertainment and Executive Producer of Departure, Kevin combines his expertise in film, marketing, and UX design to drive cultural impact and empower groundbreaking artists, crafting narratives that influence the future of the industry.
Sundeep Chauhan
Sundeep Chauhan is a strategic executive, attorney, and business leader focused on growth, transformation, and complex stakeholder alignment across the entertainment, media, and intellectual property sectors. Throughout his career, he has led organisational turnarounds, negotiated industry-defining partnerships, and helped organisations rethink traditional business models, modernise operations, and unlock new opportunities for growth. He has also led major policy, regulatory, and industry initiatives, working with governments, global companies, creators, and trade associations to shape the future of Canada’s creative economy. His experience spans corporate strategy, business development, government relations, legal affairs, and organisational transformation, with a track record of aligning vision, governance, and execution to deliver results.
As Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Legal Officer at LOFT Entertainment, Sundeep helps identify, structure, and execute strategic growth opportunities across the company’s portfolio. Having led organisations and initiatives spanning music, film and television, intellectual property, and public policy, he works at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, transactions, and execution to help bring ambitious ideas to life.
